Force Majeure: If at any time the scheduled implementation, support & training time-frame, in whole or part be canceled by reason of work, hostility, acts of public enemy, civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, quarantine restriction, strikes, lockout, act of God, etc., the registration or the money paid by cash, cheque, DD or in any form will hold valid for the rescheduled engagement with the customer. The liability of Linux Resource Centre is only limited to the refund of service charges / fees and shall not cover any consequential expenses directly or indirectly resulting out of cancellation or postponment of the implementation, support or training.
Arbitration Disputes: In the event of any question, dispute, difference, arising out of the services rendered by Linux Resource Centre, Bangalore, India shall be referred to the soul arbitration of the board of directors. Linux Resource Centre unsettled disputes shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. The above terms and condition are subject to change from time to time as per the discretion of the management.
